Green Design/Sustainable Architecture --An extensive bibliography on the sustainable design of buildings from the Environmental Design Library, University of California at Berkeley.

Healthy Building Network--Introduces new and healthier building materials into commercial markets; contains an on-line evaluation tool for building materials.

Contractors State License Board --The Contractors State License Board (CSLB) protects consumers by licensing and regulating California's construction industry.

Green Building -- Accesses information on using our resources efficiently while creating healthier buildings from the California Integrated Waste Management Board.

US Environmental Protection Agency--Green, or sustainable, building is the practice of creating and using healthier and more resource-efficient models of construction, renovation, operation, maintenance and demolition.

U.S. Green Building Council -- A 501(c)(3) non-profit community of leaders working to make green buildings available to everyone within a generation.

The Green Building Alliance (GBA) --A group of local design and construction professionals working together to create a more sustainable built environment.
