Cancel a Request
Requests may be canceled in person, by calling your local Library, or through the Black Gold Cooperative Library System Online Catalog by using the following procedure:

Beginning at the catalog home page, click on “My Account Login;"

Enter your library card barcode number and PIN;

Select “Display Record for Person Named Above"

Select “Requests (holds) outstanding"

Click in the box next to the items you wish to cancel and then click on “Cancel Selected Items"
Note: Unless it is your intention to “Cancel All” requests, please be careful not to click the “Cancel All” button.
